By accessing and using Zellio AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

Third-Party Platforms Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify and Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp). By using our Service, you also agree to comply with their respective Terms of Service, Platform Policies, and Advertising Policies.

  • You must use a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Data Processing Agreement

4.1 Roles and Responsibilities

Data Controller You (the merchant) are the data controller for your customers' personal data.

Data Processor We act as a data processor, processing customer data on your behalf solely to provide the Service.

4.2 Data Processing Terms

  • We will only process customer data as necessary to provide the Service
  • We will not use customer data for any purpose other than providing the Service
  • We will not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties except as required to provide the Service
  • We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect customer data

  • Upon workspace deletion, all customer data is permanently deleted within 30 days
  • You may request deletion of specific customer data at any time
  • We maintain backups for disaster recovery, which are also deleted according to our retention schedule

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Zellio AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your content (customer data, conversation history, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated responses created by our Service are owned by you. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content.

8. Fees and Payment

8.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website.

8.2 Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

8.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan.

9. Service Level and Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other legitimate business reasons. We will provide notice when possible.

10.3 Effect of Termination

  • Your access to the Service will immediately cease
  • All customer data will be deleted within 30 days
  • You will not be entitled to a refund of prepaid fees
  • Provisions that should survive termination will continue (e.g., confidentiality, liability limitations)

11. Limitation of Liability

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
