Most requests complete inside 14 days. The 30-day SLA is our maximum, including holiday weeks.
Either via the self-service tool in your workspace (Settings → Privacy → Delete data), the form below, or by emailing dpo@zellio.ai. We send a confirmation within minutes with a request ID.
For workspace admins we verify via SSO. For end-customer requests, we verify via your verified email + a one-time code. We're cautious to make sure the request is genuine — not a hostile takeover attempt.
We confirm what’s being deleted (workspace, specific records, specific customers) and schedule the erasure job. You get a written scope confirmation before anything happens.
All production records purged. Vector embeddings deleted from the per-tenant RAG index. ML cache cleared. Audit log retains a tamper-evident record that the deletion happened (without the contents).
Rolling backups expire on the standard 35-day cycle. By day 30 the last copy is gone. You receive a written deletion certificate, signed, suitable for your own compliance file.
